Overview
You can request a refund or cancellation up to 2 weeks before an event after this date we are unable to refund your ticket but may be able to offer credit to attent future Lute Goblin events. We reserve the right to allow refunds within the 2 week period before an event under special circumstances and at our own discretion.
Lute Goblin reserves the right to ban any individual. If you are banned, you will be expelled from the event and refused entry to any future Lute Goblin events or events. Your ticket costs will not be returned if you are expelled from an event.
